How to Return an Item

Return Policy:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition, and include the packaging and proof of purchase.
  • Returns are only valid for shipping errors or products with manufacturing defects.
  • After the product is received and verified by our team, the refund/exchange process will be completed within 7-14 business days.

Refund Methods:

  • Bank Transfer / Virtual Account / QRIS: The refund will be sent to the customer's account.
  • Credit Card: The funds will be returned to the customer's credit card limit (processing time of 7-14 business days).
